ABOUT

Hello and welcome to my website,

My name is Maj Helen Alander, I live in Kristiansand, Norway and I have a bachelor’s degree in Illustration from Edinburgh College of Art and a bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts and Design from HIT, Norway.

The majority of my work consists of illustrations for children and teenagers, based on my own stories or the work of other writers. It is often a mixture of pencil, pen and watercolors. I also have a passion for Life Drawing, and creating interesting textural paintings. If you have a suitable project or idea in mind, feel free to contact me via my website or directly at [email protected]
